In your account you can

• check your balance and top up by card;
• switch on "Credit" if your money has run out and the Internet is off. The account opens even when the Internet is off. Press the "Credit" button - the Internet will work for 24 hours on your plan, and you can pay calmly. Switching it on costs 10 RUB. Only you can switch on "Credit" in your account - the operator cannot do it by phone;
• change your plan - from the 1st of next month;
• suspend the Internet while you are away - from the 1st of next month: a suspension plan is activated, your port and contract are kept, a positive balance for the whole period is needed;
• end the suspension - choose your plan, it will be activated from the 1st of next month;
• view payments and charges;
• add extra services and 24TV interactive;
• write to us.

From the middle of the month, changing the plan, suspending the Internet or ending the suspension is possible only through our operator - by phone 8-800-551-00-95. Detailed answers are in the FAQ on the website (in Russian).
